Chef’s Tasting Menu
Beginning 1st February 2021, Chef Kimani has introduced a tasting menu dabbed “A Feast for the Senses”. What is a tasting menu? It is a feature of Fine Dining Restaurants that showcases a Chef’s talent while offering guests a more elevated offering, an opportunity for a deeper connection with the Chef, and a memorable dining experience overall.
In the maiden tasting Menu Chef, Kim takes guests on an exploration of flavors as well as featuring premium products like premium lobster and premium Wagyu beef. He aims to showcase culinary talent, food, and wine knowledge and to present to guests amazing, palatable and healthy dishes that have different textures and are full of flavor.
The tasting menu is made on order with a notice of at least two working days.
